name change

So I found a different URL that works a little better. I have uploaded lots of pictures to Picasa!

We are so blessed

This year we have been so busy. We have learned so much and experienced amazing things.

Kc deployed for 3 months to Qatar leaving me very pregnant. Gods timing was perfect on his return. He got home 1 week before Abi was born. While he was gone I made 2 trips to Wichita and Clay took swimming lessons. Actually we both took Swimming lessons because I had to go with him.

KC has been itching to get out of maintenance and has been waiting for months to find out if he gets to cross train. Well last week we found out that he gets to cross train in to Areo Space Med. In english that means several things, a few being an EMT, flying injured troops(usually back to the states), or work in the clinic. He is to report to Wichita falls May 11-Aug 17 and then he had a second training base (we dont know the location)from Aug 27-Oct 5 then we PRAY that we will get to move. This is training is a  TDY (temporary duty station) NOT a PCS(permanent change of station). This means for the kids and I that we WILL pack everything up and put it in storage and spend May -Oct in Wichita. We are PRAYING that the housing office here will allow us to stay until May. Their are only about 30 units full in the area we live in which is about 10-15% the plan is to demolish ALL of this area. Once he is finished with is training we pray that we get to move. It really had been a blessing to be close to family but we are ready to move to a new location. I keep praying for somewhere with a beach with our luck we could get Alaska, which would not be horrible but I want some place WARM, or Tinker which is in Oklahoma!

Abigail Grace was born 6/30/10 @ 7lbs and 8oz and was 20 1/2 in long.  Abi is NOW a whopping 17.5lb Right behind Clay at this age. She is so sweet and has taught us so much. She has MSPI (milk, soy, protein intolerance) which translates into I can have nothing with any milk or soy protein. How this works is that her body cant process the protein and it damages her gut, formula ALL has milk and/or soy proteins in it which I would not do anyway. This is something that babies usually grow out of by a year or so. Anyway, Abi is such a sweet little girl that loves to watch her brother. Last week we put the crib up in Clay room and they are both doing VERY well with that, thankfully!

Clay has come so far this year and  is an amazing little boy! He only had a handful of words when this year started and now he is making sentences and understanding things without being shown. putting thoughts into words it is AMAZING! He also repeats like crazy(even though he does not understand) Clay did AMAZING in Swim lessons  and is in preschool and doing VERY well. He initiated potty training right before Christmas last year and was "potty" trained be the end of  Feb. and we just really got "poopy" trained in Sept. now to work on his aim! He loves all his new toys and clothes he got for Christmas!!

It has really been a great year and we are so excited about the future year!
